teahubxyz 749dac3fd0 Sync with canonical matcha/persims@97f4a73 (site, extension, backend)

The 2026-10-14 port took tea-mcp/src/persimmons, an older copy of the backend only.
This merges matcha/persims main with its history and takes its tree: the website at
the root (what persimmons.app serves), extension/, backend/, docs/.

Prod (2026-10-14)

This repository is the canonical Persimmons source on Teahub prod; history before 2026-10-14 is matcha/persims from the old factory, merged in. persimmons.app is served from the repository root by Teahub pages (pages/page.conf: source=.), as before. The API under /api/* (backend/) is not running on prod yet, so a visitor sees the site with the vault marked unavailable.
