AGENTS.md

Phly is an isolated staging project for boring website hosting experiments.

Operating rules

Prefer deterministic MCP/tools before shell or ACP.
Keep Phly independent from StreetPulse and existing Teahub production services.
Never modify teahub-mcp, StreetPulse, or unrelated Fly/Cloudflare resources.
Do not purchase or register domains unless explicitly authorized.
Use least authority and existing credentials only; never print secrets.
Keep infrastructure reproducible in this repository.
Verify live HTTP/runtime outcomes after deploys; commits or workflow success alone are not acceptance.
Prefer the smallest/cheapest staging resources that satisfy the test.
Preserve TLS/security defaults rather than weakening them for raw-IP access.
