Markus Bopp 927a754019 + added a warning if a descendants error occurs upon broadcasting to wait parent transaction confirmation 
+ fixed fee rates for non-file inscriptions. the effective fee rates went down with increasing batch sizes

# clearing sats domains / files if changed
# replaced as many "var" with "let" variable declarations as possible
# simplified some wording
# changed the tx information model to be scrollable on overflow as there may be batch inscriptions now
+ added various sanitization and logic-checks to improve the experience
+ added checks if inscriptions exist already by utilizing ordinalsbot api and sha256 hashing
+ added custom padding
+ added missing fees for the seeder address in the summary to prevent sending too few sats
+ added accept property to only allow files as of ordinals wallet
+ added "Funds are on the way" modal message
