• /claude/ is a bounded public GitHub commit scout. Refresh it with python3 claude.py; it writes claude/index.html and claude.json.
• The scan uses five fixed commit-search queries over a 30-day window, dedupes by repository + commit SHA, applies fixed keyword categories, and separates anthropics/* from independent repositories.
• GitHub Search is unauthenticated and rate-limited; each JSON snapshot records query results, rate-limit headers, and errors instead of hiding partial scans.
