sync: secret names Gitea accepts (SYNC_GITHUB_KEY, SYNC_GITHUB_TOKEN) (#179)

Gitea refuses secret names starting GITHUB_ or GITEA_, so the GitHub copy's deploy key is in SYNC_GITHUB_KEY.
