Changes, all under ventures/mdecks:
index.html: adds <link rel="alternate" type="text/markdown" href="/SKILL.md"> to the head. It also adds a plain "For agents: SKILL.md" link as the first line of the footer. Nothing else on the page changed.
llms.txt (new): has a short description of what .mdeck is, the SKILL.md URL, and the editor URL.
.well-known/skills/index.json (new): lists the mdeck skill. Its name and description are copied from SKILL.md's front matter. It carries url (https://mdecks.yolopreneur.lol/SKILL.md) and files: ["SKILL.md"].
Assumption: I could not fetch docs.whop.com/.well-known/skills/index.json from here. The index shape ({"skills":[{name, description, files:[...]}]}) comes from my memory of that convention. I added an absolute url so a client can resolve the file without knowing the path layout. If Whop's layout puts each skill's files under /.well-known/skills/<name>/, that needs a follow-up, and I did not copy SKILL.md there to avoid two copies drifting. The repo root already has .nojekyll, so the dot-directory is served on gh-pages.
Check: I ran python3 -m http.server in ventures/mdecks and curled it. / returned 200, /SKILL.md returned 200, /llms.txt returned 200 and /.well-known/skills/index.json returned 200. The served page head has the alternate link, and the footer has the SKILL.md link. index.json parses as JSON. python3 .github/time/test_time.py, the same script CI runs, prints ALL OK.
