Venture home folder: a renamed venture keeps building and measuring at its new address

Cartridge (#149) was renamed at the owner's request: its page now lives at gh-pages:ventures/cartridge/ (https://cartridge.yolopreneur.lol/), ventures/box-art-night/index.html is a redirect, and its ventures.json entry carries "home": "cartridge". Its slug stays box-art-night, the key the card's beats and the registry use. The loop itself still writes to ventures/<slug>/, so the rename holds only until the loop writes there again. A next version (if it reaches 20 signups by day 7) would read the redirect as its "prior" page and build over it.

Make the loop honor a venture's home:

a helper home_of(w): the registry entry's home, else the slug
every path under ventures/{slug}/ the loop reads or writes (build root, checks, judge, LAUNCH.md, shots, time.js, blob_url, the next version's prior) uses the home; site_of(home_of(w)) for the URL
next_version carries home into v2
tests: a venture with home builds, checks and links under the home folder; one without is unchanged

DONE: PR open with test_time.py green; test 79 (or a new block) pins the home folder for build, checks, links and the next version.
