When I opened this card, venture.py was already mostly ported to Gitea. The Gitea changes the card lists were in place, and there was no TIME_TEST_VENTURE gate left. The venture section of test_time.py was still asserting the old GitHub and Venice behaviour, though, and failed.

The fake milestones and issue milestones use Gitea's id instead of number.
BOARD_ENV sets TIME_VENTURE_ESCALATE=venice:kimi code, because the default is now claude:opus. It also puts the pitch seats in the order qwen,kimi,grok.
The Cloudflare assertions expect PAGES_ORIGIN to be the venture's own subdomain, and a venture that wasn't redeployed keeps its own subdomain.
I removed the stale comment about TIME_TEST_VENTURE.
The signup form is copied to .gitea/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/early-access.yml, and the venture.py docstring now points there.
Check: python3 .github/time/test_time.py exits 0 on the branch. It reports 58 "ALL OK" lines, and no venture section is gated.
