  • Landing copy with the pitch in the quc tone
  • Form: public GitHub repo URL + one-line task
  • Client-side validation (URL shape, task length)
  • Visible notice that replays are public by link
  • Submit creates a run and routes to the chair view

Part of #220 (step 2/16). Depends on #221.

DONE: A visitor can enter a repo URL and task, get validation errors for bad input, and submitting lands on a run page with the public-replay notice shown.
