First hands-off run: a Venice seat is the worker, Grok reviews, Time merges.

  • Add a CHANGELOG.md with one entry for the hands-off upgrade (spec planner, auto-merge, Venice worker) — DONE: CHANGELOG.md exists on main with that entry
  • Add a ## Status section at the end of README.md that links to CHANGELOG.md — DONE: README.md links to CHANGELOG.md
