Harbor is the paid plan on havre.yolopreneur.lol ($8 a month for founding members, nothing charged yet): hosted character pages, an API and an MCP server, channels starting with Whop, payouts to creators. The owner's charter (ventures/havre/OWNER.md, decision 3) builds it on Whop rather than on a backend of our own, as the factory's second Whop app, after .mdeck (#60, #61) so the factory learns Whop once.

Shape, for the spec:

  • A Whop app with the Studio as its member view (/experiences/[experienceId]): the creator's characters preloaded from the creator's dashboard view (/dashboard/[companyId]), where the creator keeps cards; members talk on their own Venice key as in the Studio, or on the creator's key with the creator's allowance if Whop's hosting can hold a secret (to check: it is the one thing a static build can't do).
  • The creator prices access with a Whop plan; Whop collects, Whop pays out. Havre takes nothing on day one; founding members pay Havre's own $8 plan for the hosted pages and the API.
  • A character in a creator's Whop texting first (the on-their-own moves) is the channel feature; it needs Whop's messages API from a server, so it comes with the MCP server (#90), not the static build.
  • Public character pages stay static on Teahub pages (#86 is the first form); a creator's Whop app links to them.
  • Safe for work only (decision 4): adult cards are refused at import in the Whop build.

Blocked by #60 and #61. DONE (when it opens): the spec in this card agreed by the owner; then build cards.

⏱️ Time: I couldn't find cards in this spec. Write one line per card as - title — DONE: what finished means (or ### title sections with a DONE: line), or add VENICE_API_KEY so a seat can split it.
