Adds ventures/anthem/SKILL.md, llms.txt and .well-known/skills/index.json, in the same shape as ventures/mdecks. index.html gets <link rel="alternate" type="text/markdown" href="SKILL.md"> in the head and a visible "For agents: SKILL.md" link in the footer. I skipped the Copy prompt button because the page's header has no place for it.
Link format, read from app.js (encodeState, readUrl): /?s= plus base64url, with no padding, of the UTF-8 JSON {"name","style"}. The name is whitespace-collapsed and cut to 48 characters. The style is chiptune, lo-fi or fanfare. The format has no no-code form, so the SKILL says to base64url by hand or use the page's Share Link button.
How I checked it:
I ran the Python snippet from SKILL.md with {"name":"Maya Chen","style":"lo-fi"}. It gave https://anthem.yolopreneur.lol/?s=eyJuYW1lIjoiTWF5YSBDaGVuIiwic3R5bGUiOiJsby1maSJ9.
The Node snippet from SKILL.md gives the identical link, and that link is the example printed in the SKILL.
Under node with stubbed DOM globals, I loaded the page's own app.js with that URL as location and ran its boot. The title card came out as Maya Chen and the caption as Maya Chen · lo-fi · 8 bars · 29 notes, so the link opens to the intended name and style.
With python3 -m http.server in ventures/anthem, /SKILL.md, /llms.txt and /.well-known/skills/index.json all return 200, and the index parses as JSON.
