Havre launch kit (card #89)

Outline (owner writes the prose in the factory voice):

1. The problem: remixed characters lose their author.
2. Clean-room remix: what it is in Havre, in {{owner: one sentence}}.
3. The lineage line: every remix carries a line naming what it came from. Show a real one.
4. Characters as files you own: a character is a file on your disk, not a row in our database. {{owner: file format}}.

I've been building Havre: characters with agency that run on your own Venice key. Remix someone's character and the lineage line keeps the credit; the character is a file you own. PAGE. Early access (public issue, no email): SIGNUP. Feedback welcome, especially from people already running characters on Venice.

Check Venice's channel rules before posting (self-promo is often limited to one channel).
