Some ventures that live on gh-pages make part of their own files: fonts fetched once, art painted by a script,
screenshots. refresh.yml runs ventures/<slug>/tools/build.sh on the runner, in a checkout without credentials,
copies the folder back over gh-pages in one commit and asks Teahub pages to pull. `from` takes the folder from
another branch first, so a reworked venture lands whole rather than file by file. Havre is the first user.
