Black on white, system Times and Courier, 1px rules. Venice's public characters
fill the page once a key is in (safe for work only, sorted, a page at a time), and
the one you pick says hello first. No cast of Havre's own any more.
This commit: the page, its styles, the favicon, the Venice client (sorting,
paging, isAdult=false) and the agent files.
