`python3 .github/time/venture.py stage <card> [<at>]` advances one card once, only when it stands at <at> (a
step that isn't due is not a failure); `stage new [<title>]` opens a card and prints its number. The venture
loop is now also a chain of these in .github/workflows/venture-loop.yml, which Havre's /open imports as nodes.
