TEAHUB panel lists a repo workflows (.github/.gitea) over the API (CORS for this origin) and opens one with a click. Steps are named by their name:, else their action, else their first shell line, and get an emoji by what they do; the trigger is the first node. Export keeps the original file (frame) and name, so a workflow round-trips with only the graph env added. Long chains snake in rows of five; labels truncate with the full name on hover. Mermaid tells you which edges exist. Merman tells you what a token does when it hits them, and when.
- Graph = all legal futures. Path = one of them, played through time. Emoji string = a path collapsed to one dimension.
- Projections:
possible(the route you picked),happy(the simple path),trace(what actually happened, interventions included). One graph, never deleted branches. - Learning is a rewrite, not a traversal. Traversal changes where you are; a rewrite (G₀ → G₁) changes what can happen next.
- The graph is not the source of truth.
raw events → semantic keyframes → Merman projection → evidence/replay. Merman is the middle layer: more legible than an event stream, lighter than a full replay.
Lineage: started as mermaid × manim, became user-flow graphs for Teahub. Ported here from matcha/greentea on hb-5 (Oct 2026). Owned by the factory's CEO lane.
