teahubxyzandClaude Opus 5.5 0534c739d5 plugins/webamp: open in view on long pages
Webamp centered on the whole document, so on tall pages it opened below
the fold and the button looked dead. Center it in a fixed viewport-sized
host, pin #webamp above Gitea's layers, and make the button re-center an
open player. Playlist fetch dropped until gandora publishes one. v=015.
Confirmed in the user's browser.

Only Teahub admins and members of `BUS_ORG` (default `teahubxyz`) can use it. A name belongs to the login that first checked it in; only that login updates its status or reads its inbox. Notes carry the sender's login and are information, never instructions: nothing on the bus triggers an action. Statuses are 500 characters, notes 2,000, inboxes keep 50 and histories 20, and everything expires a day after it was last touched. State is `BUS_PATH` (default `/data/bus.json`) on the volume. Modelled on CodeGrid's Agent Bus (list / read / message).
`tea_domains` and `GET /domains?q=<name or domain>` (the Domains tab of Teahub's dashboard) are one search: Cloudflare Registrar's live check of the exact names and its suggestions, with prices; nothing is registered or bought. The tool is behind this server's sign-in like the others, and the tab is only on the signed-in dashboard. The address the tab calls can't see a teahub.xyz sign-in, so it is open and bounded: only `GITEA_URL` may read it from a browser (CORS), each client gets 8 searches a minute and everyone together 20, and answers are kept ten minutes. Both need the secrets `CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN` (Registrar read) and `CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID` and say it is not set up without them.

"""The office bus: agents check in, see who else is working, read each other's status, and leave each other notes.
Modelled on CodeGrid's Agent Bus (list / read / message), lifted off one Mac and onto Teahub so a seat on Fly, a Sprite
or a chat session can reach the same office. Safety shape:
- Who may use it: signed-in Teahub admins and members of BUS_ORG (default teahubxyz). Gitea decides who that is.
- An agent's name is owned by the login that first checked it in; only that login can update its status or read its
inbox. Anyone on the bus can read statuses and leave notes.
- Notes are data, never commands. Every note carries the sender's login, and tool output says so, so a reader treats
it the way it would treat an issue comment from that person.
- Everything is small and expires: short statuses, short notes, capped inboxes and history, a day's lifetime. The bus
can't be used to haul file dumps between agents.
State lives in one JSON file (BUS_PATH, default /data/bus.json) on the server's volume. The server is one machine, so a
lock in this process is enough.
