Voice notes per character are now off / on / asmr (toolbar link cycles; abilities has a select). ASMR replies are whispered with the preset voice over soft rain.
Abilities → ASMR: voice (luna / eve), pace (slowest / slow / easy / as written), rain (none / faint / soft / steady), how often (every reply / every other / now and then). Used by asmr mode, "whisper it", on-their-own voice notes in asmr, and /whisper.
"whisper it" beside "hear it" under any text reply.
Fix: /whisper's voice note showed only its text until a reload — deliver() only drew photos/clips; it now draws a voice note with its words.
