chat() is the one chokepoint for every model call (Claude + Venice), so it now also sends a Langfuse generation per call — model, input/output, tokens, timing, errors — grouped into one trace per Actions run (tagged repo + workflow, linking back to the run).
Best effort: 10s timeout, any failure prints langfuse: skipped and the run carries on.
