The 2026-10-14 port took tea-mcp/src/persimmons, an older copy of the backend only. This merges matcha/persims main with its history and takes its tree: the website at the root (what persimmons.app serves), extension/, backend/, docs/.

## Prod (2026-10-14)
|

This repository is the canonical Persimmons source on Teahub prod; history before 2026-10-14 is

|
`matcha/persims` from the old factory, merged in. persimmons.app is served from the repository root by
|
|
Teahub pages (`pages/page.conf`: `source=.`), as before. The API under `/api/*` (`backend/`) is not
|
|
running on prod yet, so a visitor sees the site with the vault marked unavailable.
