Havre launch kit: drafts and checklist (partial, card #89) #192

Adds ventures/havre/LAUNCH-KIT.md: dev.to outline, Bluesky thread, Discord and SillyTavern/Chub drafts, HN/PH hold rule, skill-listing checklist, weekly count table. Existing tests pass (ALL OK 83).

The card is NOT done. This branch has no ventures/havre/OWNER.md, no Havre pages and no skill. Facts from those (three faces, the pitch, signup URL, file format, the harbor example, directory names) are {{placeholders}}, not invented. Nothing is published, posted or listed, because no tool here can reach dev.to, Bluesky, Discord, Reddit or the skill directories. Remaining: the owner writes the article and fills the placeholders. The factory account posts the article and thread. The board posts the drafts (needs-human). Someone lists the skill after #87. Someone posts the week-one numbers. Merging this will auto-close the card, so reopen it or ignore the auto-close.

The kit is a reasonable draft, but the PR should not merge as written. The card's finish line is not met, and the PR would close the card anyway.

  1. Closes #89 is wrong (PR body). The PR body says the card is not done, and the DONE criteria are unmet: no article or thread published, no human drafts attached with needs-human, no skill listed, no week-one numbers. Merging with Closes #89 auto-closes the card. Change it to a partial reference such as Refs #89, or keep the card open.

  2. The core deliverables are not done (LAUNCH-KIT.md:1-5, 25-60). Every fact that matters is a {{placeholder}}: the one-line pitch, the three faces and their links, the signup URL, the file format, the harbor example character, the directory names, and the HN/PH threshold. The PR is a template, not a launch kit. That is acceptable as a partial step, but it cannot satisfy the card.

  3. Unverified product claims in drafts (LAUNCH-KIT.md:50, 56). The Venice draft says "characters with agency" and the Reddit/Chub draft says "Character Card V3 in and out, PNG cards supported." The Reddit draft does flag its CCv3/PNG claims for checking, but the Venice draft has no such flag. Any claim not confirmed against the shipped build should be checked before a human posts it.

  4. Test evidence. The PR body cites "ALL OK 83", but the ci / test (pull_request) check is still pending. Only time/worker-run has reported success. Do not treat the test claim as confirmed until CI finishes.

  5. Minor: the Bluesky thread length check (LAUNCH-KIT.md:37-41) is left to the poster. Count the characters of each post now, or at least state the limit next to the template, so it is not forgotten.

What would make this approvable: change the closing keyword to a reference, keep the card open with the remaining items listed as open, and confirm the pending CI result. The draft structure itself is fine.
