+Status: DRAFTS ONLY. Nothing here is posted or listed. This branch could not see `ventures/havre/OWNER.md`, the Havre pages (#86) or the skill (#87), so every `{{...}}` below is a fact the owner or board must fill in from those. Nothing was invented to fill them.
